Bally's Hotel and Casino Las Vegas

Bally’s has a prime location on the corner of Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd. which makes it incredibly convenient if you like walking over and enjoying Caesars Palace and the Bellagio for a fraction of the price you would pay to stay there. The long walk from the strip is eased by the moving walkway and the escalators. If you could think of beige as a hotel and casino Bally’s would be it. It’s not flashy yet not dull and it never goes over the top. If you like to avoid the riff-raff Bally’s is good for yo u.

Bellagio Hotel Las Vegas

When Steve Wynn created the Bellagio his intention was to create the most luxurious hotel on the planet. He did not fall far from his mark, from the marble floors to the huge skylights and the extensive gardens you forget you’re in Las Vegas. If you include the world class dining experiences and the Cirque du Soliel “O” show you realize you might not care about the rooms. Actually, they are incredible. Bellagio is about opulence and the rooms are roomy, tasteful and a little slice of heaven. All at a price, the Bellagio is one of the most expensive hotels in Las Vegas.

Bill's Gambling Hall

With less than two hundred rooms Bill's Gambling Hall and Saloon is a speck of desert compared to its neighbors. Located on the corner that houses Caesars Palace, Bellagio and Bally’s, the Barbary Coast boasts some expensive real estate. It also has the hottest after hours Club in town, Drais. If you like what Las Vegas was once about this is the place for you.

Caesars Palace Las Vegas

Caesars Palace is Las Vegas. Period. It is the original themed hotel and casino and the service and quality they provide has always been at the top. Located in the center of all the action Caesars Palace will overwhelm you with its size and its grandeur. The hotel rooms are spacious and the newer towers all have the latest gadgets that make you want to stay in your room the entire time. Dining at Caesars includes restaurants by Bradley Ogden and Bobby Flay, world class entertainment with Celine Dion and Elton John and of course the Forum Shops at Caesars for outstanding shopping. It’s hard to avoid Caesars Palace when you visit Las Vegas.

Casino Royale Hotel and Casino

The Casino Royale is right across the street from the Volcano at the Mirage, the pirate battle at Treasure Island and next door to the Canals at the Venetian. Those are the highlights. With approximately 166 budget rooms the Casino Royale caters to a low end clientèle. You will get a good deal and you will have a prime location on the Las Vegas strip.

Circus Circus Hotel

Circus Circus is a Las Vegas legend as many have ventured to this resort with their children. You can still find the never ending live circus high above the center of the casino and the clowns and acrobats perform regularly. However, Adventuredome is now the big attraction and your children will have a blast with the many attractions. Don’t have kids? There really is no sense in staying at Circus Circus without children.

Excalibur Hotel and Casino

Excalibur and its 4000+ rooms are a huge and impressive presence across the street from the MGM Grand and New York/New York but the action is going on inside. This hotel has tried to offer a lot for the children and a huge casino for the parents all at a low price. The rooms seem a little small especially if you’re traveling with children but the location, the price and the attractions make it well worth it.

Flamingo Hotel Las Vegas

flamingo
The Flamingo with over 3500 rooms seems a bit confused when you look at a resort map but you can overlook that because for the price you get a center strip hotel that has all the amenities that the mega resorts have. The Flamingo is where the modern Las Vegas era began and it is still visible in a casino that is right up against Las Vegas Blvd. and the plush gardens that have sprouted behind the large hotel towers. Walk among the ducks, the fish and of course the flamingos and forget you are right on the Las Vegas strip

Harrah's Las Vegas Hotel and Casino

Harrah's is like that friend from college who always seems to be having a good time and on the verge of a great party. The energy in the casino is always up and the atmosphere makes you want to sing and have a good time. Considering that you’re right across the street from Caesars Palace and the Mirage it could be that everybody is celebrating about the low room rates and the nice rooms. This is a classic destination if you enjoy up beat and friendly people 24 hours a day.

Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino

An older hotel that has a loyal following. The casino is set back away from the strip but you can enter from a front door right on Las Vegas Blvd. where it seems that someone is always trying to give you something. Located across the street from Caesars Palace and sandwiched between the Flamingo and Harrah's this is a great location if you want to be near the major resorts but want to pay a bit less for a room.
